Monte Sano Alpacas is located in the mountains of Northern Alabama. Monte Sano meaning "mountains of life". Our beautiful alpaca farm is ideal for breeding and raising quality alpacas as they are given an ample amount of land to roam and loving care from myself and our family.
Monte Sano Alpacas was established in 2005 in the hills of Alabama and now specializes in the breeding of Huacaya alpacas. We are a young farm a currently have 5 alpacas, one cria and growing.
It is the mission of Monte Sano Alpacas is to breed our alpacas of superior fiber quality, conformation and gentle disposition in a variety of colors. Our alpacas a handled daily with love and a caring touch in order to pass along the best and most friendly alpacas in the southeast to our future customers and friends.
We join and support the Alpaca Registry, AlpacaNation, Southern Alpaca Association, and Southern Select Alpaca Show in Tennessee.
